We went to West Nuk Beach Resort in Morong Bataan; a beach resort owned by Philippine National Power Corporation or NPC for short and enjoyed the water. I believe not everybody who likes to go here can actually visit the place. It is a private resort owned by the Philippine Government. Luckily, Gen knows someone who works in NPC that’s why we had an access to stay in this very beautiful beach resort.
This is our summer get away good thing Mich is here in pinas
So here are the attendees
Lester and Cris, Aiza and R, Gen and Jets, Mich and Eph, Martin and Yan, Gaze and Glenn, Moi
We rented a van to get us there and back to manila. Call time is 5:00 am in Alabang and 5:30 in Ayala and yes I admit I’m 5 minutes late lol but no one ever beats Gaze time so we waited for her. We fetch Mich at Trinoma.
What’s great about traveling with your college friends is you can catch up with each other lives plus reminiscing the crazy things you’ve done before. So yeah we had fun inside the van because we all know that it would be a long trip.
Our first stop is Mc Donald’s Pampanga ’cause we are all hungry as bear! I ordered sausage mc muffin with egg with hash brown and coke which most of us ordered too.
Next stop is Balanga Market; we need to buy some food such as fish and meat for our lunch and dinner. Warning: There’s a designated area for smoking, fine would be 1000 pesos for 1st violation so we obliged (sayang ang 1k).
We continue our trip and stop by NPC housing; I believe Gen grew up at that place and of course she need to meet up her contact so we can go to the beach.
We reached the place by 12nn (I think) we are so hungry so other starts to prepare the food while others prepare the tents.
Here’s our food for lunch.
After lunch and some rest, we started to hit the beach. There’s a lot of jelly fish but I think they don’t sting
because we did not experience any itch.
Then our dinner time
After dinner we took some rest before the drinking session. Aiza is madam manghuhula and she said good things about us. Good job! (madam sinagot mo ang katanungan sa last post ko!
)
I’m already tired by 12mn and the alcohol starts to kick in so I rest and started to look for a signal (yes walang signal sa place or kung meron man super hina kaya kelangan mong hanapin ang 1 bar signal na yan). It was so hot last night because there’s no wind and yes maarte ako so I can’t sleep comfortably inside our tent
Good morning sunshine it’s already 6am. Cris and lester prepared our breakfast which is a yummy sinangag and egg with hotdogs (great breakfast ay para lang sa mga early bird, sandwich at cheesewiz breakfast for others).
Some of us hit the beach again which this time doesn’t have jelly fish and the water is already clear, while others prepare brunch and just rest.
Here’s our brunch before we go home
By 1pm we already bid goodbye to the place. Some of us bought cashew nuts as pasalubong and we did stop on Mc Donald’s Pampanga again because we felt hungry.
It was indeed a great time with friends. Hopefully next year we would see each other again.
