First I had an oxygen facial

The facial doesn’t have pricking which is good since it’s a spa and not a facial skin clinic. It was very relaxing and I think it really cleaned my face because after the facial my face look brighter and smoother.
Next is the massage. It’s feels super relaxing I choose medium because I dont think my body can accept hard because I’m very ticklish
. They use an oil for body massage it smells like a tea tree oil but they use a different oil in my neck because it feels cold like a mint. The massage was very good.
After the massage the masseuse ask me if i want coffee, tea or wheat grass. I choose tea. It has a nice tea taste like theres a lemon in it.
Overall I guess my 350 worth coupon was worth it with the service I had with them. The experience was really nice. The people there were all friendly especially the masseuse assigned to me (her name is vans).
Will I go back even without the coupon? YES, will bring mom next time

some of the establishments closes after the deal. metrodeal does not help fixing the problem. they dont even answer to email. BEWARE
Metro deal is HORRIBLE!!! I was able to contact them once over the phone because a trip I purchased was sold out!?! , they told me it would take 45 days to refund my purchase, it was all LIES! they have now avoided all my attempts to contact them, they are unreachable and stole 22,000 pesos or close to 600 US dollars from me!!… I am currently trying to take legal action to get my money back!!

I purchased all kinds of deals from them, Gold’s Gym, Yoshinoya, Splash Island, Resorts World Manila, Manila Ocean Park, Figaro Coffee and never had any problem. For me it’s the best group buying site in the country
I live in QC. I have a PROBLEM with a METRODEAL ITEM that I PAID FOR P199 LAST MARCH 28 BUT NEVER RECEIVED.
I complained about this MISSING METRODEAL PURCHASED ITEM via email last April 27. METRODEAL SUPPORT (support@metrodeal.com) referred me to LKT MERCHANDISING (lkt_phil@yahoo.com), the merchant. LKT MERCHANDISING’s support named KATH emailed me back (after a couple of days) that the courier they used, JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS, already had the item which was scheduled to be delivered starting April 23 yet. LKT MERCHANDISING COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY TRACKING NUMBER because, according to the email of KATH from LKT MERCHANDISING, the tracking number would be given to them once everything is delivered. HUH? .
I called up JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS last week and I called back twice this week and I was told that a person from another unit signed for my package last April 25. I spoke to a certain JONATHAN of JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS who told me that a certain person, the name of the person who owned the next door condo unit, signed for it last April 25. I told him I did not get the said item and that I did not know this man personally. He told me to look for it myself, to just ask around, because JAM GLOBAL courier already signed it out and further suggested I ask the condo guards if I could not find it because their couriers usually leave packages with the guards if they could not find the consignees. Again, HUH? Anyway, I did that- I went to the said unit, did not find the said person and nobody knew of any package. I went to the guards, to the Security Office, and to the Admin office- no package. I called up JAM GLOBAL again this week, informed them of my futile search and was told by a different personnel to call back while they would look for the status of the concerned package. When I called back, they told me that they were still looking for my package and was told to call back again.
I gave them my contact numbers and said I would not call them up anymore, that, if I did not hear from them (JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS) at the end of that day with news about my package, then I would go back to the merchant, LKT MERCHANDISING, and to the online dealer, METRODEAL. I also said I could not believe the INCOMPETENCE of the JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS COURIER, GIVING AWAY MY PACKAGE TO ANOTHER PERSON FROM A DIFFERENT CONDO UNIT WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION NOTE FROM ME. JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS never called me that day nor the days after that about my MISSING METRODEAL PURCHASE FROM LKT MERCHANDISING and, as far as I know, they never sent back the courier to check back at the person he claimed he signed out the package to. I’m a housewife and I’m used to online purchases (Ebay, sulit, ayosdito, multiply) worth from less than P100 to more a a thousand pesos worth, so I’ve dealt with the different couriers (LBC, JRS, Air21, Xend, OCS, MCE) for years now and they haven’t lost any of my packages yet. I was always given tracking numbers. My son (an IT engineer for a multinational) works from home most of the time and I always leave authorization letters at home on the offchance that I would not be around when a courier comes.
Anyway, this is my first METRODEAL purchase, my first encounter with LKT MERCHANDISING and JAM GLOBAL and I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM, SENT THRU JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS FROM LKT MERCHADISING, WHICH I PAID FOR LAST MARCH YET.
I did email back LKT MERCHANDISING and METRODEAL SUPPORT with a detailed account of what happened and told them that JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS WAS THEIR COURIER OF CHOICE SO IT WAS THEIR PROBLEM. I got the standard reply from METRODEAL SUPPORT that they already referred my concern to the merchant, LKT MERCHANDISING. KATH from LKT MERCHANDISING emailed back twice, first with the standard reply that they would settle this with JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS and the second reply saying that JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS will check with the white copy, who signed for and received for the item, and that they will give a followup. I emailed back KATH OF LKT MERCHANDISING and told her that JAM GLOBAL should have done that the first time I called them. I already called JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS several times and they are still saying that they will check the white copy? When will they get around to looking for the item themselves- next year?
The thing is the item is just worth P199 and this has to happen. Boy, AM I GLAD I DID NOT PURCHASE A MORE EXPENSIVE METRODEAL ITEM- JUST IMAGINE IF I PAID FOR A THOUSAND PESOS OR MORE FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER COMES. I’m not even sure anymore if this is legit- remember, I never got any tracking number.
I wrote back to KATH OF LKT MERCHANDISING telling her that I expected an immediate resolution to this, that they could not expect me to wait for a followup from the courier company who could not even do the job of delivering my package right the first time. COURIERS DON’T JUST LEAVE CONSIGNED PACKAGES TO OTHER PEOPLE WITH NO AUTHORIZATION, NOT EVEN TO NEIGHBORS, PERIOD.
METRODEAL SUPPORT, LKT MERCHANDISING, and JAM GLOBAL have MY NAME, COMPLETE ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, LANDLINE AND MOBILE NUMBERS. The item is just worth P199 and, I’ve told KATH of LKT MERCHANDISING that, at this point, all I’m asking for is either the IMMEDIATE DELIVERY (different courier, with tracking number) of the METRODEAL ITEM for or a refund of the amount I paid for it if they cannot do that.
Why am I posting this here? Well, it has been 40 days since I paid for the ordered METRODEAL item; 17 days since the scheduled start of delivery according to the merchant, LKT MERCHANDISING;, 15 days since JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS claimed they gave the item to another person; 13 days since I first emailed METRODEAL SUPPORT and LKT MERCHANDISING about this complaint; and, 6 days since I first talked to JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS representatives over the phone. Still no item and no definite info on when I will get the item. I am being made to wait for who knows how long for a feedback from a courier company that i already deem incompetent.
This is unacceptable. Who knows if there are a lot of us going through the same thing? A hundred undelivered P199 is almost P20K- you multiply that some more and the amount gets way bigger. I don’t want to think that somebody profits from this kind of thing. The amount may be small but I will not stop in my effort to get my purchased item or a refund. I already went thru the usual channels. Now, aside from online (FB, blogs, forums, tweeter) and print (local newspapers) efforts, I’m contacting BTRCP and filing a formal complaint at the DTI. Overkill? Maybe, but, hey, you don’t mess with a housewife.
